  2. Hey everybody! Over the summer i read this fantastic book called Big Mouth & Ugly Girl by Joyce Carol Oates. Basically its about these two teenagers, Matt Donaghy and Ursula Riggs (big mouth and ugly girl) who really don't know each other. But when Big Mouth is being questioned and demoted by the police and newscasters and friends Ugly Girl goes to take a stand by speaking on his behalf. But that doesn't end the book people didn't just suddenly shut down when Ugly Girl spoke on his behalf so the adventure begins.....Can Ugly Girl help Big Mouth? Will there ever be an end to this persecution? Is this a brand new start to a beautiful friendship? Well i'm not gonna tell you so.....READ THE BOOK!!!

  4. Hey guys,
You wanna read another good book? Well first off I'm gonna assume you all have seen "The Wizard of Oz" well there's a prequil to the movie. Yes a prequil not a sequil. It's called "Wicked" it's also on broadway. This book is about the other side of the story of what really happened with the Wicked Witch of the West. It also explains how the scarecrow, tinman, and cowardly lion came to be and also why the witch is green!!! Shoot, I've probably already given too much away. So once again....READ THIS BOOK TOO!!!

  6. The Callahan Cousins The Summer Begins is a really good book. The author of this book is Elizabeth Carey. This is a realistic fiction book that takes place on a small island named Gull Island off of New England. It is about four 12 year old girl cousins who have come to spend the summer with their grandmother who lives on the island. They go on many adventures but they find themselves caught up in old family feuds. One of these includes planting a flag on a small island off of Gull Island to help claim their family name. Will the girls get sent home? Or will they be family heroes?
